Gluten free foods hadn't come into my realm until the late 2010's. I saw it as a challenge to make things that were gluten free, but didn't taste or feel like it. I didn't start taking it seriously until I figured out I was allergic to gluten and wheat in 2022. My world had changed drastically. Baking is a large part of my life and getting this news was a bit devastating. As I searched for new places to eat and try baked goods, I realized that a lot of gluten free products were lacking. I wanted to make foods that tastes and looks like gluten foods.
We do offer vegan options for our products and various sizes! We try to accommodate any allergies.
I started baking when I was a kid with my mother. It was one of the ways I was able to bond with her in my own way. My first big baking project was making Mexican wedding cookies for my aunt's wedding. To this day, my mother and I trade recipes and talk about different ways to bake vegan and gluten free.
